We are a family who have been working in the same Industry for a very long time in a variety of settings and roles, such as Property Management, Residential Maintenance, Real Estate, Hospitality, remodeling and Flipping Houses. We also have experience running multiple businesses such as Cleaning, Landscaping, Pool Maintenance, and now managing our own vacation rental properties.
A few years ago we relocated to beautiful Siesta Key, and went from doing full turnovers and renovations for Property Management Companies and Independent Landlords to working with just Vacation Rental Properties.
After a while working in the vacation rental sector, we realized that there was room for an alternative to the existing one size fits all vacation rental management concept, and that's how Flipside Vacation Crew idea was born.

Improving considerably response time, and cutting completely the need for multiple channels of communication and customer service interactions. By using this strategy we have experienced a growth in guest satisfaction, as issues and complaints are directly handled by the person in charge and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Building a personal relationship with the Guests reduces significantly any chances of escalation or request for compensation.
Another huge advantage we have is in the Turnover process. A typical turnover out there is a struggle. Inspectors have to wait for the cleaners to finish, maintenance have to wait for the inspector to finish. It's a constant battle against time to get things done, right in the most crucial part of the entire process.

You will receive ONE itemized Monthly Invoice that will include all the services we provided for the month, and any expenses we incurred (in arrears, for your piece of mind). Along with the Invoice, you'll receive receipts, pictures, and videos for every job we do.
We don't require your CC Information, you can pay us via ACH or ZELLE, whatever is more convenient for you.

The Vacation Rental business is an Industry of its own. This is something that to this day many Management Companies and Owners don't seem to understand.
